Welcome to Perth Solar City

Perth Solar City is an exciting $73.5 million initiative designed to help communities change the way they produce, use and save energy.

Perth Solar City is the latest Australian Government Solar City and will be delivered to communities within Perth's Eastern Region over the next 4 years.

This includes households within the Town of Bassendean, City of Bayswater, City of Belmont, Shire of Kalamunda, Shire of Mundaring and City of Swan.

Residents will be offered FREE energy advisory services and discounted solar hot water and solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. These systems will allow residents to create and use their own energy!

Perth Solar City will allow households to better manage their energy use, make cleaner, greener choices and save money.

Working to bring Perth Solar City to the community is a Consortium of local businesses, including Western Power, Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority,  the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC), Mojarra, Prospero Productions, Solahart, SunPower and Synergy.
